Production of native whey

Our native whey isolate is made directly from fresh milk through pasteurization, low-temperature microfiltration and ultrafiltration, followed by pulverization in a special drying chamber. Thanks to this unique process, the protein structure retains its fuller shape and remains rich in immunoglobulin (antibodies) and lactoferrin (part of the immune system). In addition, the raw material is free from chemicals and other impurities.

Consumption recommendation:
